Glenn Dorsey has been in ministry for the past forty-nine years. For thirty-three of those years he served as lead pastor at Open Arms Assembly in Beebe, Arkansas. During his tenure at Open Arms, the Lord developed an Emotional Healing ministry that has impacted many lives around the world. Currently, he continues to travel at home and abroad holding conferences dealing with emotional healing, mentoring, and leadership.

Glenn established, and has regularly hosted Gear Up Conferences for the
past six years. His goal with this conference is to help ministers by preparing
and equipping them for their next level of ministry. In doing so he aims to
further develop the character and wholeness of ministers, especially those
first starting out in ministry.

Glenn is also an established author. He has written three books with plans
to write more in the future. All of his books, Out of the Snare, Father Me,
and Pain Free, can be purchased through his website or on Amazon.

Glenn and his wife, Gladys have been married for over fifty years. They
have a son, Jason and a daughter, Lisa. They have been blessed with five
grandchildren that give them great joy.

Coach, Consultant, Pastor, Teacher,Mentor. For the past 20 years, Gary Wheat has served as lead pastor of The Assembly in Siloam Springs, AR. Before taking this role in 2001 at The Assembly, he was the lead pastor at First Assembly of God in Norman, OK. He uses his experience from leading both of these churches to help pastors, leaders and churches to grow in a healthy manner.

In 1998, the church in Norman was in a significant transition. It had just lost
its pastor to cancer, and had plans to relocate with no building plans, no
land and only 25 members. For the next three years, Gary led the church to
grow from averaging 35 in weekly attendance to over 170. They were able
to purchase land and build a new church building where they continue to

In 2001, Gary and his family moved to Siloam Springs to become the lead
pastors at what is now The Assembly. The church had experienced a very
difficult time. With Gary’s experience, network and leadership abilities, the
church is now a healthy, vibrant church that is impacting its community and
the world. In 2018, The Assembly moved from its former location to a new
20-acre campus. In 2019, The Assembly had the opportunity to parent
another church in Gentry, AR. Now, The Assembly has two campuses that
are reaching more people for the Kingdom of God.

The journey hasn’t been without its challenges, but Gary has led these
churches to a new level of growth to impact the Kingdom. With his network
with other leaders, coaches and consultants, Gary has a heart to help other
pastors, churches and leaders reach their full potential.
