Prophecy of the Light

When we hear the word prophecy, many times our minds go directly to the Old Testament or the book of Revelation. Today, we will look at a man in the New Testament Gospels. He, along with his life assignment, was prophesied in the Old Testament but when he comes on the scene in the New Testament, he continues to prophesy about the Light of the World – Jesus. There are a few things we can learn from this man named John the Baptist.
