ENGAGE IN EVERYDAY MOMENTS TOGETHER

Morning Time

When you go into your child's room, say: "Good morning, [child's name]! I'm excited about today because God knows what's best for us."

Drive Time

While on the go, sing the following words to the tune of "If You're Happy and You Know It": "God knows everything, yes, He does! (Clap, clap) God knows everything, yes, He does! (Clap, clap) In the morning, in the night, God always knows what's right. God knows everything, yes, He does!" (Clap, clap)

Cuddle Time

Cuddle with your child and pray: "God, sometimes what You tell us to do is hard, like praying for people who do mean things or sharing what we have. But we know you love us and what You say is best for us. So please help us to do what You say, even when it's hard."

Bath Time

Add a toy person to bath time. Ask your child to pretend the toy is Naaman and count as they dip Naaman into the water seven times. Talk about how God knew what was best for Naaman. So, when Naaman did what God said and dipped into the water seven times, Naaman's boo-boos went away!
